Paul Oremus is the Country Manager of CBRE Global Investors the Netherlands and member of the European Management Board as from May 2013. Mr. Oremus is also Fund Manager for the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund as of September 2014.
In 1998. Mr. Oremus joined CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) in the Treasury and Risk department. In 2000 he moved to the Corporate Control department, where he became head of the department in 2004. In 2007 he became CFO/COO of The Netherlands and member of the Management Team. In 2008 he was also appointed as CFO of REOFN.
Mr. Oremus holds a bachelor in business economics, a bachelor in accounting & control and is a registered Qualified Controller. Furthermore, he is a member of the Dutch Association of real estate investors (IVBN).

Rik Eertink is President of the EMEA Real Estate Division for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Mr. Eertink is responsible for all elements of investment execution in the EMEA region, including acquisition, disposition, asset management, development, redevelopment and asset finance. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the European Leadership Team.
Mr. Eertink is an experienced retail fund manager and currently Fund Manager for the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, the European Shopping Center Funds I & II (interim) and the CBRE Nordic Property Fund. In this combined role, he is responsible for an AUM base of over EUR 4 billion across Europe.
Mr. Eertink began his career in the real estate industry and joined CBRE Global Investors in 2004. Before taking on his current responsibilities, he worked in various roles within the company, including as a Director of the company’s European Retail Platform. Successively, he transferred to the Nordics as Head of Asset Management prior to taking on the role of Country Manager for the region.
Over the last three years, Mr. Eertink has completed approximately EUR 1.5 billion acquisitions and over EUR 1 billion disposals in both the Nordics and the Netherlands, as well as a large number of asset repositioning projects.
Mr. Eertink earned a postgraduate Master of Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Master degree Real Estate & Housing from Delft University. He has been an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2011.

Ronald van der Waals is the Fund Manager of the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund and the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. In both roles he is responsible for overseeing the Fund’s investment strategy, capital deployment and investor relations.
In 2008, Ronald joined CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) as an asset manager for office investments in the Hague and Rotterdam region and the Dutch logistics portfolio. From 2012 to 2014 he was also responsible for the redevelopment of the Brondankulma asset in Helsinki, Finland. In 2014 Ronald became a portfolio manager within the EMEA separate accounts team responsible for the direct multi-sector portfolio (logistics, office and retail) of a large institutional investor and was appointed to Fund Manager of the Dutch Office Fund in 2016. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Ronald worked for a year for ING Real Estate Development as a graduate associate.
Ronald holds a diploma in the Investment Education Program which was facilitated by the University of Cambridge and the International Property Forum and holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Ronald is a member of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors.

Ronald Gordijn is Chief Financial Officer of the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund, CBRE Dutch Office Fund and the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund.
In 2003, Mr. Gordijn joined CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) and held several financial positions within the company. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors he was an interim financial controller at various companies.
Mr. Gordijn holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and earned the Certified Management Accountant status from the US-based Institute of Management Accountants.

Frans van Toor is Head of Transactions Netherlands per 1 August 2018. In this role he is responsible for all transactions in The Netherlands. His responsibility includes deal sourcing, transactions and dispositions for all CBRE Global Investors mandates for the sectors; Offices, Retail, Logistics and Residential. He will also support the Head of Transactions EMEA with coordinating international transactions.
Mr. van Toor joined the industry in 1995 and started his career at DTZ Zadelhoff. In 2004 he became partner at DTZ Zadelhoff where he was responsible for Capital Markets and Research Team. Since the take-over of DTZ Zadelhoff by Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 he has been International Partner Capital Markets and a member of the executive committee with C&W in The Netherlands. He has a broad experience in all sectors of the real estate investment market.
Mr. van Toor earned a Master in Business from the Erasmus Universtity in Rotterdam as well as a Master of Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Frans is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
