Andrew Angeli is a Managing Director based in London, having joined the company and industry in 2007. He is responsible for overseeing and shaping the real estate research capabilities of the European business. Andrew is actively involved in pitching for new business and presenting at client board meetings as well as maintains media relations through a combination of industry conferences and press interviews.
Mr. Angeli sits on the European Investment and Portfolio Oversight Committees. Prior to his current role, he headed up the UK research function and has worked in the firm’s Los Angeles and Paris offices. Before joining the industry, he worked in real estate planning and environmental consulting roles in the U.S.

Adrian Baker is Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Global Investors’ Asia Pacific Direct Real Estate Strategies and the President of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Division. He has responsibility for all direct real estate investment strategies and activities across the Asia Pacific region within CBRE Global Investors. In addition, he is Fund Manager of the value-add fund series within the region, Asia Value Partners. Mr. Baker is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. Baker began his career in the real estate sector in 1997 investing globally but with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. He has been based in Singapore since 2006. Mr. Baker has an extensive direct real estate background beginning in building engineering and property management, prior to transitioning to becoming an asset and fund manager executing strategies across direct, indirect and listed portfolios for institutional clients. His skills and expertise cover a wide range of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial as well as more niche property types.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2007, Mr. Baker was at AMP Capital Investors, first in Sydney and then in Singapore, where he was Fund Manager for over $3.0 billion in global assets and led a team of asset managers.

Ms. Belova’s real estate experience includes roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, structured finance, capital raising and investor relations. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Ms. Belova was a Senior Vice President at Thor Equities, where she led global institutional client development and capital raising, and structured and executed over $2.5 billion in transactions of high street retail, office, and mixed-use assets in the United States and Western Europe.
Prior to Thor, she was a Director in the Investment Management Division of Jonathan Rose Companies, where she worked on strategic initiatives and capital raising for the firm's affordable housing and "green" office strategies. She also served as Head of Investor Relations at the Praedium Group, and spent two years in the Bloomberg Administration at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”). At NYCEDC, she led the establishment of the Asset Management Division, and then served as Portfolio Manager of a large pool of industrial, office, retail and ground-leased assets owned by the City of New York. Ms. Belova began her real estate career in 2002 at Lexington Realty Trust, where she eventually oversaw acquisitions for the Eastern half of the United States, executing over $1.5 billion in transactions of office, industrial, retail and specialized assets during her six-year tenure.

DaJuan Bennett is an Associate within Credit Strategies at CBRE Global Investors. He is responsible for the origination and underwriting of debt investments.
Previously, Mr. Bennett worked as an Associate in acquisitions and development for Irvine Company in 2019 and as an Associate for Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association where he was responsible for evaluating the feasibility of entry into Latin America’s real estate market. He also underwrote and conducted due diligence of recently acquired assets and evaluated investments into separate account funds.
Prior to business school, Mr. Bennett was a Management Consultant at Accenture, where he focused on HR Transformation for Fortune 500 retail and consumer goods companies.

Alex Bignell joined CBRE GIP in 2012. Based in London, Mr. Bignell is CBRE GIP’s Head of Global Transaction Management. In this role, he manages CBRE GIP’s transaction approval process and is chairperson of CBRE GIP’s Investment Committee and Global Investment Team meetings. Mr. Bignell also chairs the CBRE GIP Sub-Committee that assesses the due diligence carried out on a transaction prior to deal execution. Furthermore, Mr. Bignell is responsible for our Investment Oversight Committee which reviews the existing investments held on behalf of CBRE GIP’s clients. He is a member of the CBRE GIP Executive Committee and was previously CBRE GIP’s Region Head of UK.
Mr. Bignell began his career in the real estate industry in 1994. Immediately prior to joining CBRE GIP, he was Fund Manager of the Goodman European Logistics Fund, with responsibility for acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, equity raising and investors relations. Before Goodman, Mr. Bignell was a Director of real estate investment banking at Credit Suisse and a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor, in 1997, Mr. Bignell was an analyst at Cazenove stockbrokers and an associate of real estate investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Maura Bilafer is Head of Residential Asset Management for the Americas. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for residential property operations in the Americas business and manages a nationwide portfolio of residential investment properties.
Ms. Bilafer began her career in the commercial real estate industry in 1988. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2015, Ms. Bilafer was a Senior Managing Director at Greystar, ensuring that clients’ operational, occupancy and operating income goals were met. She oversaw a portfolio of apartment homes in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Ms. Bilafer has been active in the residential industry since 1988 and is an expert in lease-up and stabilized residential communities, financially and physically stressed assets and mixed-use communities. Yme Bouma is a Senior Director in the CBRE Global Investors’ - EMEA Investor Services team based at Schiphol. In this role he currently is responsible for business development, capital raising and investor servicing specifically with the company’s existing and prospective institutional clients and their advisors, based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and in Norway.
In January 2000 Yme joined CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) with asset and transaction management responsibilities for the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. In September 2003 he became a member of the Global Investors Services Team and between 2006-2012 also built relationships with institutional investors based in the UK and in the Middle East, next to in the Nordics.
Prior to these positions, Yme served for seven years as a portfolio manager for the listed real estate investment company VIB (now known as Corio) with responsibilities for part of the office portfolio in the Netherlands, starting his career in 1990 at commercial real estate broker DRS Makelaars, covering office transactions in the greater Amsterdam area.

Eric Brilman serves as General Counsel EMEA, based at our Schiphol offices. He oversees all legal matters for the EMEA region; develops and implements regional legal planning; and monitors transactional execution at the fund level. As a member of the EMEA Operations Committee and the EMEA Investment Committee, Mr. Brilman works with European senior management and business leaders to provide advice on the implementation of strategic and tactical objectives and business plans.
Mr. Brilman joined CBRE Global Investors in August 2017. Prior to joining the company, he served as Deputy Chief Counsel for Aon plc’s EMEA Risk businesses, and held several senior counsel roles in the Corporate Finance and insurance sectors. In 2006, Mr. Campora joined CBRE Global Investors Italy (then ING Real Estate Investment Management Italy). Before joining CBRE Global Investors, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Lloyd’s of London in Milan and from 2001 to 2004 as Head of Administration at Directa SIM, the first company in Europe to operate in the “online trading” sector on the American and Italian Stock Exchanges. Prior to that, Mr. Cherry was an Associate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (“BAML”) middle market financial sponsors group where he helped originate, structure, underwrite, and syndicate leveraged loans to support leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and recapitalizations for private equity owned companies. He contributed to $4.2B of debt transactions, which included $680M of BAML capital invested. Alexandra Crossing is the Regional Head for Asia Pacific and the Head of Pacific Investments within CBRE Global Investment Partners. After 9 years in the Singapore office responsible for managing the Asian component of the global separate account clients, sourcing and undertaking due diligence on investment opportunities, Ms. Crossing relocated to Sydney in early 2017 to manage the Pacific region business, focusing on client investments in Australia and New Zealand, before taking on the regional role in 2019. Ms. Crossing also leads the global farmland investment programme and represents CBRE Global Investment Partners on the group’s Global Responsible Investment Management Committe.
Ms. Crossing joined the GIP team in 2008 after spending four years with CB Richard Ellis in Hong Kong as a Director within the CBRE Consulting business. Ms. Crossing performed a regional role working with CBRE Consulting teams across Asia, and was responsible for delivering multi-country studies on emerging markets with a particular focus on Greater China. She managed a core team in Hong Kong and worked with a diverse range of clients providing strategic investment advice including market entry strategies, feasibility/highest and best use assessments as well as research and analysis relating to real estate acquisition and disposition. Andrew is a Director and Fund Manager with CBRE Global Investors. Andrew is the Fund Manager for the CBRE UK Long Income Fund.
Andrew has approximately 12 years of industry experience. Most recently he spent approximately two years as an Investment Manager for a UK based private property company, the entirety of his real estate career before this was spent at Aviva Investors. Andrew’s tenure at Aviva Investors was primarily focussed upon acquisitions and fund management for a range of long income funds. He was assistant fund manager on the REaLM suite of funds focussing upon income strips and latterly was the co fund manager on the Lime Property Fund and the Fund Manager for the long income portfolio of the Aviva Staff Pension Scheme. During his time at Aviva Investors Andrew was responsible for over £1.2billion of long income transactions spanning all sectors and structures including ground rents, income strips and conventional long lease transactions.

Andre de Koning is Chief Financial Officer Corporate Finance EMEA, with the primary responsibility of overseeing regional corporate finance matters for CBRE Global Investors Real Estate Investments. Previously, from 2013 to 2020, he was Director Risk Management & Corporate Finance EMEA Direct Real Estate Investments and responsible for corporate finance, risk management, tax and compliance within EMEA and overseeing the IT infrastructure and corporate cash management activities.
Andre joined CBRE Global Investors in September 2013 and joined the real estate financing industry in 1995. He has an in-depth knowledge of financial and risk management, tax and structuring from companies including KPMG in the Netherlands and in the US.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Andre worked for 17 years as an auditor for KPMG in the financial services sector. He was mainly focused on banking including structured finance, real estate and fund managers, including the restructuring real estate activities of a large Dutch insurer. After his career as auditor, Andre became CFO of a financial services provider in the health care sector.
Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and is a Dutch Chartered Accountant (RA).

Richard is a Senior Director and Portfolio Manager with CBRE Global Investors. Richard is the Senior Fund Manager for the CBRE UK Long Income Fund and also has responsibility for managing two pension schemes, together with two insurance mandates, totalling around £1bn in AUM. Until recently, Richard was the Senior Fund Manager of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme, prior to its merger with the CBRE UK Property Fund. Richard leads a team of 8 people and sits on the UK Executive Committee. He is also a member of the UK Investment Committee, responsible for approving significant purchases, sales and capital expenditure.
Richard has approximately 16 years industry experience. He joined the firm’s graduate training scheme in 2001, having previously worked at EC Harris. Within CBRE Global Investors, Richard has been involved in the property fund management of a number of the firm’s segregated account pension fund and insurance company clients, gaining a wide breadth of experience. Between 2007 and 2010, Richard played a key part in the restructuring of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme. This involved devising and implementing asset management initiatives to improve performance, strategic sales and identifying new opportunities to invest capital. More recently, Richard played a central part in the merger of ESPS with CBRE UKPF and had overall responsibility for approximately £200m of property sales. Since 2010, Richard has been centrally involved in winning 3 new start up separate account mandates, with a combined objective of investing approximately £800m. As a consequence, Richard has a strong market focus and has transacted in the region of 120 properties over this period. Richard is FCA approved.
Richard is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Richard is also FCA approved under section 59 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to undertake regulated activities, having obtained the Investment Management Certificate in 2004. Richard graduated from the University of Manchester in June 2000 with a BA (Hons) degree in Geography and also holds a diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University.

Eric Decouvelaere joined CBRE Global Investors in 2019 and is appointed to take on the role of Head of Retail EMEA. At CBRE Global Investors, Eric will be responsible for the €15.2 billion retail platform in EMEA, focusing on delivering outstanding performance for the portfolio of shopping centres, high street and retail parks across EMEA, by fine tuning retail investment strategies in a changing market environment and overseeing the retail asset management teams on the ground.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Eric worked at McArthurGlen for 14 years where he last served as COO, devising and delivering assets strategies, accelerating organic growth and leading digital transformation. Prior to working in the outlet retail sector, Eric has lead change in two department stores as Deputy Buying Director of Printemps in France and then as Strategy and Business Development Director of Harrods in London. Eric joined the real estate industry in 2005.
Eric has received a diploma of Sciences-Po Paris (SP) and is an alumni of Harvard Business School (OPM). He holds a law master from Nancy University.
