UNGA New Tenant in NoMA House Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Amsterdam, 17/12/18 – UNGA heeft een langjarige huurovereenkomst afgesloten voor circa 1.500 m² kantoorruimte in NoMA House aan de Zuidas. Met de verhuur aan UNGA is het NOMA House volledig verhuurd.

NoMA House, een investering van het CBRE Dutch Office Fund, is een hoogwaardig kantoorgebouw met BREEAM Outstanding rating, en is ontwikkeld door Maarsen Groep en Zadelhoff Beheer. Het is gelegen op de hoek van de Gustav Mahlerlaan en de Parnassusweg en heeft een totale oppervlakte van circa 14.000 m². Het nieuwe kantoor is begin 2018 opgeleverd waarna in april 2018 de eerste huurders hun intrek hebben genomen in het gebouw.

UNGA, de aanbieder supermarkt spaaracties, is nu nog gevestigd aan de Herengracht en zal in het voorjaar van 2019 haar intrek nemen op de eerste verdieping van NoMA House.

NoMA House ligt in het hart van de Amsterdamse Zuidas en is omringd door diverse horecagelegenheden en winkels.

UNGA werd bij deze transactie geadviseerd door Solved. De belangen van verhuurder CBRE Global Investors werden in deze transactie behartigd door CBRE, in collegiale samenwerking met Cushman & Wakefield.
