PORTLAND, OREGON – March 22, 2021 – CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of one of its separate account clients, announced today that On Inc., a running shoe and apparel brand based in Switzerland, signed a full-floor lease at Tanner Point in Portland, Oregon. The company will relocate its North American headquarters to the building’s fifth floor, which spans 28,610 square feet, beginning in August 2021. The eight-story Class A office property is located at 1250 NW 9th Avenue in Portland’s Pearl District neighborhood and offers tech-enabled creative office space.

The CBRE team of Trevor Kafoury, Kevin Kaufman and Autumn Brice represented the landlord in the deal, while the tenant was represented by Apex Real Estate Partners. In the past 15 months, nearly 97,000 square feet has been leased at Tanner Point.
