CBRE Global Multi Manager Appoints Charles Baigler as European Head of Transactions

​Amsterdam, 08/08/14 – CBRE Global Multi Manager is pleased to announce that it has appointed Charles Baigler to lead transactions in Europe, effective 1 September 2014. In this role he will be overseeing investment transactions in Europe, with a particular focus on co-investments and joint ventures with operating partners. He will be based in London.
Charles has 14 years experience in the real estate industry. He will join from Rockspring where he was Associate Partner responsible for acquisitions and structuring joint ventures for various programs including a European value-add fund series.
Prior to that, he was Director at Catalyst Capital, where he was responsible for acquisition and management of assets in Central and Eastern Europe for a closed-ended Pan-European fund.
Jeremy Plummer, CEO of CBRE Global Multi Manager, said: “We are delighted that Charles is joining us. He brings extensive experience of property acquisitions and joint ventures across multiple European markets, which will be of great value to further our co-investment and joint venture activity with operating partners in Europe.”
