WARSAW, 16th November 2015 – CBRE Global Investors has won two awards at the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards that took place on October 30 in Warsaw, Poland.
EuropaProperty’s 5th annual CEE Investment Awards Gala is an event that recognises excellence among top real estate companies in the CEE region. The international jury recognised CBRE Global Investors in two categories: Value add/core+ Investor of the year and CORE Investor of the year.
The nominations were marked against a range of criteria including: Investment Objectives/Final Outcome/Performance/Experience/Knowledge of Sector/Communication with Partners/Reputation and Compliance.
