LOS ANGELES – May 18, 2016 – Nick Rittenhouse has joined CBRE Global Investors as a Director in Investor Services. In this capacity, he will be responsible for capital-raising, investor relationship management and development, and investment program recommendations in the U.S. market. Rittenhouse will be based in Los Angeles.
Rittenhouse joins the firm from The Townsend Group where he served for eight years, most recently as a Consultant in the San Francisco office. In that role, he provided advisory services including strategic planning, manager/fund due diligence, investment selection, benchmarking, and portfolio analysis to institutional clients ranging from $5 billion to $30 billion in total plan assets.
Rittenhouse attended the U.S. Naval Academy and graduated cum laude from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
