CBRE Global Investors Appoints Fund Manager for Dutch Fund

​CBRE Global Investors has announced the appointment of Ronald van der Waals as Fund Manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund (DOF).
Ronald van der Waals, joined CBRE Global Investors in 2008, and is currently the portfolio director of DOF. Ronald has worked in the real estate industry for 10 years. Within CBRE Global Investors, Ronald previously worked as Portfolio Manager for a large separate account mandate in Europe, where he played a key role in growing the client’s diversified portfolio within Europe. Prior to this role he worked as Asset Manager for offices and logistics in the Netherlands.

Ronald succeeds Sophie van Oosterom, who acted as the interim Fund Manager of DOF.
