CBRE Dutch Residential Fund Successfully Restructured

CBRE Global Investors has successfully completed the strategic review of the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund (the “Fund”) to create the Residential Fund of Choice with a focused investment strategy, state of the art structure and best in class modern Fund terms. 

Paul Oremus, Fund Manager of the Dutch Residential Fund, CBRE Global Investors commented: “The restructuring has created a solid platform for the Fund. It now has a simplified debt and transparent fund structure, state of the art terms, facilitating benchmarking and secondary trading. With these improvements, the ongoing liquidity of the Fund for its investors has been further enhanced, which in turn helps the Fund to consistently focus on capitalizing on future value growth and acquisition opportunities in the Dutch residential market.”

The CBRE Dutch Residential Fund invests in high quality residential in prime locations across the Netherlands. It is one of the largest independent institutional non-listed residential investment vehicle in the Netherlands with a broad client base of more than 50 institutional investors. The Fund has a strong pipeline of approximately EUR 300 million in the Randstad area and an acquisition target of EUR 300 million for 2017/2018.

It is also a leading provider of sustainable residential products. The Fund was awarded a Green Star by GRESB in 2016, which recognises sustainability and implementation.
