CBRE Global Investors has successfully completed the strategic review of the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund (the “Fund”) to create the Residential Fund of Choice with a focused investment strategy, state of the art structure and best in class modern Fund terms.

The CBRE Dutch Residential Fund invests in high quality residential in prime locations across the Netherlands. It is one of the largest independent institutional non-listed residential investment vehicle in the Netherlands with a broad client base of more than 50 institutional investors. The Fund has a strong pipeline of approximately EUR 300 million in the Randstad area and an acquisition target of EUR 300 million for 2017/2018.
It is also a leading provider of sustainable residential products. The Fund was awarded a Green Star by GRESB in 2016, which recognises sustainability and implementation.
