Ian Gleeson is Chief Investment Officer – Global Real Estate Strategies (Direct and Indirect) for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Mr. Gleeson co-chairs the Global Investment Committee and oversees the Global Real Estate Investments team, directing more than $90 billion of assets under management. Previously, Mr. Gleeson served as CEO and CIO of CBRE Global Investment Partners (“GIP”). He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, GIP Executive Committee and GIP Investment Committee.
Mr. Gleeson began his real estate career in 1993 and has extensive experience investing in real estate funds across the full risk spectrum in Europe, North America and Asia. He joined CBRE Global Investors in 2008 prior to which he was Head of International Property Multi-Manager, with responsibility for global mandates for Morley Fund Management. Previous to that, he served as Head of Property at the National Pensions Reserve Fund of Ireland and had been Director of Property Investment Strategy and Indirect Property at F&C Management Ltd.
Mr. Gleeson earned a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin. He is a former member of INREV (the European Association for Unlisted Real Estate Funds) Management Board and chair of the Investor Forum of INREV.

Achal Gandhi is Chief Investment Officer – Global Indirect Real Estate Strategies for CBRE Global Investors. Based in London, he has overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of the global indirect real estate business as well as the investment process, formulating top down strategies and overseeing client investment plans. Mr. Gandhi is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team, and chairs the CBRE Global Investment Partners (“GIP”) Global Portfolio Oversight Committee, which approves the strategy of all CBRE GIP global funds and separate accounts. He also chairs the CBRE GIP Executive Committee and is a member of the CBRE GIP Investment Committee.
Mr. Gandhi joined CBRE GIP in 2008 and worked initially on European investments. Subsequently, he was a senior Global Portfolio Manager and more recently Head of Global Portfolio Management. In the latter role, Mr. Gandhi had oversight of CBRE GIP’s Global Separate Accounts and worked closely with CBRE GIP’s regional investment teams to ensure portfolios were positioned appropriately and accessed leading investment ideas. Previously, Mr. Gandhi was a European Real Estate Analyst within the Equity Research department at Bear Stearns International. During this time, he was responsible for analyzing and forecasting listed real estate companies and making recommendations to sales teams. Prior to this, Mr. Gandhi was a Manager at Deloitte in the Banking & Securities Department. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2004.
Mr. Gandhi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University College of London and is a Senior Manager under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and holds the SMF3. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW).

Alex Bignell joined CBRE GIP in 2012. Based in London, Mr. Bignell is CBRE GIP’s Head of Global Transaction Management. In this role, he manages CBRE GIP’s transaction approval process and is chairperson of CBRE GIP’s Investment Committee and Global Investment Team meetings. Mr. Bignell also chairs the CBRE GIP Sub-Committee that assesses the due diligence carried out on a transaction prior to deal execution. Furthermore, Mr. Bignell is responsible for our Investment Oversight Committee which reviews the existing investments held on behalf of CBRE GIP’s clients. He is a member of the CBRE GIP Executive Committee and was previously CBRE GIP’s Region Head of UK.
Mr. Bignell began his career in the real estate industry in 1994. Immediately prior to joining CBRE GIP, he was Fund Manager of the Goodman European Logistics Fund, with responsibility for acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, equity raising and investors relations. Before Goodman, Mr. Bignell was a Director of real estate investment banking at Credit Suisse and a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor, in 1997, Mr. Bignell was an analyst at Cazenove stockbrokers and an associate of real estate investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He has a range of experience across the real estate industry spanning direct, indirect and listed real estate and both advisory and principal roles.
Mr. Bignell holds a Master’s degree in Land Economy and is a graduate of Jesus College, University of Cambridge. Mr. Bignell is a Senior Manager under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR), and holds the SMF3.

Alexandra Crossing is the Regional Head for Asia Pacific and the Head of Pacific Investments within CBRE Global Investment Partners. After 9 years in the Singapore office responsible for managing the Asian component of the global separate account clients, sourcing and undertaking due diligence on investment opportunities, Ms. Crossing relocated to Sydney in early 2017 to manage the Pacific region business, focusing on client investments in Australia and New Zealand, before taking on the regional role in 2019. Ms. Crossing also leads the global farmland investment programme and represents CBRE Global Investment Partners on the group’s Global Responsible Investment Management Committe.
Ms. Crossing joined the GIP team in 2008 after spending four years with CB Richard Ellis in Hong Kong as a Director within the CBRE Consulting business. Ms. Crossing performed a regional role working with CBRE Consulting teams across Asia, and was responsible for delivering multi-country studies on emerging markets with a particular focus on Greater China. She managed a core team in Hong Kong and worked with a diverse range of clients providing strategic investment advice including market entry strategies, feasibility/highest and best use assessments as well as research and analysis relating to real estate acquisition and disposition. Ms. Crossing was also a Property Manager for AMP Henderson Global Investors (now AMP Capital) Commercial Property Management and started her career in the real estate sector as an Analyst for Tourism Asset Holdings Limited (TAHL) in 1997.
Ms. Crossing has a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed RIAA’s Responsible Investment Essentials. Francijn de Ruijter is a Global Portfolio Manager for CBRE Global Investment Partners. Based in Amsterdam, Ms. de Ruijter is responsible for performance, strategy, and investment decision making of global separate account portfolios.
Ms. de Ruijter started in the property investment industry in 1998 and joined CBRE Global Investment Partners in November 2011 through the merger with the ING Real Estate Select multi-manager business. Prior to this, Ms. de Ruijter was Head of Read Estate Real Estate and Private Equity at Doctors Pension Funds Services in the Netherlands. She was responsible for global non-listed portfolios in real estate, private equity, infrastructure and real estate securities mandates. She also brings extensive experience from the listed side having worked previously as Portfolio Manager of listed Asia Pacific Real Estate at ABP (now APG) Investments and listed real estate securities globally at ING Investment Management.

Dugal Hunt is Region Head of UK within the CBRE Global Investment Partners team. Based in London, Mr. Hunt is responsible for relationship and portfolio management of clients, investment sourcing, selection and monitoring of investments in the UK. Mr. Hunt is the Fund Manager of CBRE GIP UK Osiris Property Fund. He is a member of the CBRE GIP Investment Committee.
Mr. Hunt has been in the property industry since 2000 and has extensive experience of investing in real estate funds in the UK and continental Europe. Mr. Hunt joined CBRE Global Investment Partners in March 2004. Prior to this Mr. Hunt was employed by Investment Property Databank (‘IPD’) in the Portfolio Analysis Service team where he was responsible for understanding and analysing portfolio performance statistics for institutional clients of IPD.
Mr. Hunt is a graduate of University of Bristol with a degree in Geography. Maurice Joseph is the Head of Financial Operations within the CBRE Global Investment Partners team. Based on London, his principal role is to provide operational support and coordination for all financial matters, and is involved in the structuring, launch, and administration of indirect property funds.
Mr. Joseph joined CBRE Global Investors in December 2016. His past experience includes fourteen years with Macquarie Group in London, where he worked as a finance manager within Macquarie’s fund management business (Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets) and Macquarie Capital, their investment banking business.
Mr. Joseph is a qualified Chartered Accountant, being a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Justin Seaman is a Senior Portfolio Manager for CBRE Global Investment Partners - Americas. Based in Boston, Mr. Seaman has responsibility for client portfolio management, sourcing, due diligence and investment monitoring for GIP’s Investments in the U.S., Canada, Central and South America. In addition, Mr. Seaman is actively involved in setting investment strategy and conducting market research for GIP in the Americas region.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2009, Mr. Seaman was a Senior Research Analyst at Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for directing investment strategy though monitoring and reporting on real estate and economic fundamentals, direct real estate investment due diligence, and marketing. Before joining Fidelity in 2001, Mr. Seaman spend two years as an Economist at Torto Wheaton Research, where he worked on product development and various strategic initiatives.

Mr. Tepper, based in the Boston office, joined the Firm in April 2009. As Head of Americas Investments, Mr. Tepper is responsible for CBRE GIP’s investment activity in the region including sourcing, executing investments and asset management. Mr. Tepper has been responsible for the investment of over $4 billon in equity on behalf of CBRE GIP clients including over $2 billion in joint-ventures, programmatic ventures, club transactions and secondary investments. Mr. Tepper is involved in setting CBRE GIP’s investment strategy and is a member of the CBRE GIP Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, he was an Associate at Wachovia Securities in the Private Equity-Real Estate Investment Banking Division working on capital formation for real estate operators and fund sponsors. Prior to that, Mr. Tepper served as a Senior Analyst with New England Pension Consultants with responsibility for client real estate portfolios. Mr. Tepper began his career in real estate in 2002.

Ping Wong is the Head of Asia Investments for CBRE Global Investment Partners. Ms. Wong covers the Asia (ex-Pacific) Region indirect non-listed real estate investments, with in-depth understanding and knowledge of the assets, management and finances of the existing and potential new investments.
Ms. Wong joined CBRE Global Investment Partners in January 2018. Prior to this, Ms. Wong was one of the pioneer members of the Asia Pacific team for Allianz Real Estate GmbH, involved in the strategy and execution of joint ventures and indirect real estate investment in the Asia Pacific Region. Earlier in her real estate career, Ms. Wong worked at Pramerica Real Estate Investors as a Vice President of the Investment Management team. Ms. Wong started her career in real estate immediately after university in 1997, where she spent seven years providing corporate solutions to multi-national corporations across the region.
Ms. Wong holds a BSc. in Business Administration, under the Real Estate specialist program from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Person under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR).
