Eric Decouvelaere joined CBRE Global Investors in 2019 and is appointed to take on the role of Head of Retail EMEA. At CBRE Global Investors, Eric will be responsible for the €15.2 billion retail platform in EMEA, focusing on delivering outstanding performance for the portfolio of shopping centres, high street and retail parks across EMEA, by fine tuning retail investment strategies in a changing market environment and overseeing the retail asset management teams on the ground.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Eric worked at McArthurGlen for 14 years where he last served as COO, devising and delivering assets strategies, accelerating organic growth and leading digital transformation. Prior to working in the outlet retail sector, Eric has lead change in two department stores as Deputy Buying Director of Printemps in France and then as Strategy and Business Development Director of Harrods in London. Eric joined the real estate industry in 2005.
Eric has received a diploma of Sciences-Po Paris (SP) and is an alumni of Harvard Business School (OPM). He holds a law master from Nancy University.

Philip Dunne is Head of Logistics EMEA. In this position Mr. Dunne is responsible for the logistics platform in EMEA, focusing on delivering exceptional investment performance for investors from the firm's EMEA logistics and industrial real estate portfolio. He is a member of the European Executive Committee and EMEA Investment Committee.
Mr. Dunne joined CBRE Global Investors in May 2018. He is a seasoned logistics investor and operator, latest as President of Prologis Europe from 2008 until 2016. He was responsible for all aspects of the European business including operations, investment and development. Mr. Dunne was also Chairman of the European Management Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Prologis in 2008, Mr. Dunne was the Chief Operating Officer EMEA at Jones Lang LaSalle, a global financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate services and investment management. In this role, He has led the deployment and execution of business strategy across the EMEA region. Prior to this role he spent five years as Chief Operating Officer for the company’s Central and Eastern Europe and Russia region overseeing the development and evolution of the business through its most significant period of growth from 2002 to 2006.
Prior to 2002 he worked in various positions in the company’s corporate finance group and was a key member of the integration team following the merger of Jones Lang Wootton and LaSalle Partners creating the pre-eminent real estate services and investment management business.
Mr. Dunne is a graduate of the Dundalk Institute of Technology and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and the Chartered Institute of Global Management Accountants (CGMA).

John is Head of Offices EMEA. In this position he works closely with the company’s local teams and program leaders to enhance capabilities in the sector by sharing knowledge and best practice across the business to deliver exceptional performance for investors across our office platform in EMEA valued in excess of €6bn. He is a member of the European Executive Committee and EMEA Investment Committee.
Prior to that John was Head of Transactions EMEA where he was responsible for overseeing the EMEA region transaction strategy, including deal sourcing, acquisitions and disposals, maintaining key market relationships and leading a team of Transactions Managers across the region. He was Chair of the EMEA Transaction Meetings. Previously he was Head of Value Add UK, and responsible for a number of key relationships and transactions, since joining the company. He also works closely with our Investor Services team on key relationships with international clients looking to allocate capital to EMEA.
Prior to CBRE Global Investors, John spent ten years at UK property company Hammerson plc. as Group Director leading the team responsible for the London office development and asset management business including acquisitions, development and management of a prime central London portfolio valued in excess of £1.6 billion. Notable projects include the former London Stock Exchange, 125 Old Broad Street and 750,000 sq ft office headquarters of Allen & Overy, Bishops Square London.
John earned a B.Sc. In Estate Management from the University of East London and holds a post graduate diploma in property investment from the Investment Property Forum (IPF) . He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1994 and was made a Fellow (FRICS) in 2012.

Michael Ness is Global Head of Direct Real Estate Separate Accounts for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Mr. Ness oversees the investment management of all the discretionary and advisory mandates across the Firm. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Ness joined CBRE in 1997. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ness served as Head of UK and Head of EMEA Separate Accounts. He has worked on many separate account mandates since joining CBRE Global Investors in 1997, gaining experience managing a wide range of property portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ness worked at Edward Symmons & Partners between 1995 and 1997. He began his career in the real estate industry in 1995.
Mr. Ness earned a Bachelor of Science degrees with Honors in Estate Management from the University of the West of England. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Richard Everett is a Managing Director of CBRE Global Investors having joined the company in July 1996. Since joining the firm, he has developed a successful track record in winning new mandates with combined values in excess of €650 million. All of these mandates have involved significant acquisitions and disposals through restructuring or start-up. Mr. Everett holds a position on the UK Executive board and also on the UK sub-investment committee.
Mr. Everett has over 23 years' experience in the commercial property market, specialising for the last 20 years in Fund Management and Investment Advisory. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, he worked for eight years within the Fund Management teams of Colliers CRE and Morgan Grenfell Laurie.
Mr. Everett received a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Central University in 1987 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1991.
