European Core Strategy
Our extensive European core platform gives investors access to separate accounts or the ability to invest in several different strategies, including our pan-European, sector-focused and Dutch strategies. We have a 40-year track record of investing in core and now have more than €32 billion of assets under management.   For separate accounts, we offer clients national and pan-European programs tailored to meet the needs of each investor including geographic and sector preferences, target returns and risk appetite.   Our sector and pan-European strategies are based on our understanding of the life-cycle of prime buildings. We focus on income generation, which typically leads to capital preservation and long-term growth.   We invest in desirable locations in target top-tier cities across Europe. Europe Value Partners Strategy
Our Value Partners platform has an established investment strategy and track record, which offers clients access to a value add program across Europe. We reposition and develop assets to create core properties in sectors experiencing structural change such as logistics and retail, with the objective to optimize income and enhance value.   The features of our value added strategy seek to mitigate market risk and enhance liquidity, from buying carefully selected income-driven investments in diversified sectors to defined exit strategies.   With a dedicated team, we source off-market opportunities in select European markets, such as Germany, Spain Scandinavia, France and the UK before carrying out complex property-level improvements, financing and disposal strategies.   Our team also draws upon the expertise of the wider network of asset managers and transaction managers of CBRE Global Investors.

European Office Platform
The office sector has also undergone a major transformation in the last decade. A significant shortage of supply in key markets coupled with disruptive occupier trends has led to new requirements for both tenants and investors.   Our office platform gives us a strong understanding of these trends in the occupier and investment markets. This helps us to execute a clear strategy that identifies ‘hotspots’ – well-known office locations with good accessibility by car and public transportation, high-quality office assets and many amenities.   Our European office platform has more than €6 billion under management across approximately 120 assets in 9 countries. Our European industrial platform seeks to offer solutions to our clients that help them invest in and manage high-quality logistics and industrial assets in key European hubs.   We are a leading owner in the sector, managing €8 billion for clients across more than 400 assets in 13 countries from grade A properties and logistics warehouses to last mile delivery facilities.   Our industrial platform seeks to leverage our European network to achieve the benefits of scale, uniting an experienced cross-border team of logistics professionals  that focus on buying high-quality off-market assets, providing expert portfolio and asset management, and maintaining an strong network of international and local tenants.   The growth of e-commerce significantly impacts the logistics sector at many levels including investor and tenant requirements, size and how to best incorporate the latest technology.   We believe our platform along with our collaboration with CBRE, gives us a competitive advantage to overcome rapidly evolving challenges in the market. We can often draw upon in-depth market knowledge and sourcing capabilities to anticipate the latest industry trends and technological developments.   Sustainability is a critical focus and our pan-European industrial program has been awarded a GRESB Green Star for three consecutive years.
