Chuck Leitner joined CBRE Global Investors in November 2019 as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management and long-term strategy of the firm, which manages more than $100 billion on behalf of its clients and has operations and assets in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Leitner also serves as President – Global Real Estate and chair of the firm’s Executive Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Global Investment Committee, regional and sector strategy Investment Committees and Senior Leadership Council.
With 40 years’ experience in the industry, Mr. Leitner has expertise in global alternative asset management including equity and debt real estate, infrastructure and private equity. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Mr. Leitner served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Residential Investments, an investment management and operating company specializing in U.S. residential property. Part of his responsibilities included serving on a range of equity and debt real estate operating company boards including LCB Senior Living, Clearwater Senior Living and Leggat McCall Partners. Prior to Berkshire, he served as Global CEO of RREEF/Deutsche Asset Management, a global alternative asset management enterprise with $80 billion of assets under management. Prior to his 24 years at RREEF, Mr. Leitner worked in commercial mortgage origination for TIAA and GE Capital.
Mr. Leitner is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, where he formerly served as Chairman of the Greenprint Center for Building Performance, demonstrating his commitment to ESG initiatives. He also is a Past Board member and Treasurer of PREA and served on the boards of DEXUS, a listed office and industrial property trust in Australia; Deutsche Bank Real Estate Investment GmbH in Germany; and Strategic Value Partners, a U.S.-based global hedge fund.
Mr. Leitner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he currently serves as a Trustee and member of the Board and Executive Committee of Penn Medicine.

Adrian Baker is Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Global Investors’ Asia Pacific Direct Real Estate Strategies and the President of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Division. He has responsibility for all direct real estate investment strategies and activities across the Asia Pacific region within CBRE Global Investors. In addition, he is Fund Manager of the value-add fund series within the region, Asia Value Partners. Mr. Baker is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. Baker began his career in the real estate sector in 1997 investing globally but with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. He has been based in Singapore since 2006. Mr. Baker has an extensive direct real estate background beginning in building engineering and property management, prior to transitioning to becoming an asset and fund manager executing strategies across direct, indirect and listed portfolios for institutional clients. His skills and expertise cover a wide range of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial as well as more niche property types.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2007, Mr. Baker was at AMP Capital Investors, first in Sydney and then in Singapore, where he was Fund Manager for over $3.0 billion in global assets and led a team of asset managers.

Stephen Dowd is Chief Investment Officer – Private Infrastructure Strategies and Partner, CBRE Caledon. In this role, Mr. Dowd is responsible for leading CBRE Global Investors’ private infrastructure investment practice and overseeing all of CBRE Global Investors’ private infrastructure investment strategies, portfolio management, analytics and performance measurement.
Prior to assuming his current role in 2020, Mr. Dowd joined the organization in 2014 as Partner and Global Head of Infrastructure of CBRE Caledon, the private infrastructure investment division of CBRE Global Investors. Mr. Dowd is a member of the CBRE Global Investors Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee and the CBRE Caledon Investment Committee and Management Committee.
Mr. Dowd began his career in infrastructure in 1990 and has invested in companies and assets in Europe, Asia, Australia and North and South America. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, he was Senior Vice-President, Infrastructure and Timberlands at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (“OTPP”) responsible for a real assets portfolio valued at over $11 billion. The infrastructure portfolio included direct equity ownership in power generation, pipeline, water and natural gas distribution, terminal, airport and rail assets. The OTPP infrastructure program is recognized as one of the pioneering institutional investors in the sector. Mr. Dowd has been a member of numerous boards of directors in the sector, including as chair.
Previously, Mr. Dowd worked in investment banking and in the energy and infrastructure sectors located in the U.S. and the U.K.
Mr. Dowd earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Princeton University and his Master's degree in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Rik Eertink is President of the EMEA Real Estate Division for CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Mr. Eertink is responsible for all elements of investment execution in the EMEA region, including acquisition, disposition, asset management, development, redevelopment and asset finance. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the European Leadership Team.
Mr. Eertink is an experienced retail fund manager and currently Fund Manager for the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, the European Shopping Center Funds I & II (interim) and the CBRE Nordic Property Fund. In this combined role, he is responsible for an AUM base of over EUR 4 billion across Europe.
Mr. Eertink began his career in the real estate industry and joined CBRE Global Investors in 2004. Before taking on his current responsibilities, he worked in various roles within the company, including as a Director of the company’s European Retail Platform. Successively, he transferred to the Nordics as Head of Asset Management prior to taking on the role of Country Manager for the region.
Over the last three years, Mr. Eertink has completed approximately EUR 1.5 billion acquisitions and over EUR 1 billion disposals in both the Nordics and the Netherlands, as well as a large number of asset repositioning projects.
Mr. Eertink earned a postgraduate Master of Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Master degree Real Estate & Housing from Delft University. He has been an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2011.

Achal Gandhi is Chief Investment Officer – Global Indirect Real Estate Strategies for CBRE Global Investors. Based in London, he has overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of the global indirect real estate business as well as the investment process, formulating top down strategies and overseeing client investment plans. Mr. Gandhi is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team, and chairs the CBRE Global Investment Partners (“GIP”) Global Portfolio Oversight Committee, which approves the strategy of all CBRE GIP global funds and separate accounts. He also chairs the CBRE GIP Executive Committee and is a member of the CBRE GIP Investment Committee.
Mr. Gandhi joined CBRE GIP in 2008 and worked initially on European investments. Subsequently, he was a senior Global Portfolio Manager and more recently Head of Global Portfolio Management. In the latter role, Mr. Gandhi had oversight of CBRE GIP’s Global Separate Accounts and worked closely with CBRE GIP’s regional investment teams to ensure portfolios were positioned appropriately and accessed leading investment ideas. Previously, Mr. Gandhi was a European Real Estate Analyst within the Equity Research department at Bear Stearns International. During this time, he was responsible for analyzing and forecasting listed real estate companies and making recommendations to sales teams. Prior to this, Mr. Gandhi was a Manager at Deloitte in the Banking & Securities Department. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2004.

Mr. Gibson joined CBRE Global Investors in 2004 as Senior Portfolio Manager, leading a team within the UK Separate Accounts division. He serves as the Client Director on a number of these mandates. In his previous role as EMEA Head of Investment Strategy, Mr. Gibson was responsible for investment strategy in Continental Europe and the UK, guiding top-down portfolio strategy and investment management across funds and separate accounts.
Mr. Gibson began his career in the real estate industry in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Investment Property Databank (IPD) as a Portfolio Performance Analyst and within the Asset Management team at CBRE.

Andrew Glanzman is the Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE Global Investors. Mr. Gleeson began his real estate career in 1993 and has extensive experience investing in real estate funds across the full risk spectrum in Europe, North America and Asia. He joined CBRE Global Investors in 2008 prior to which he was Head of International Property Multi-Manager, with responsibility for global mandates for Morley Fund Management. Previous to that, he served as Head of Property at the National Pensions Reserve Fund of Ireland and had been Director of Property Investment Strategy and Indirect Property at F&C Management Ltd.

Kimberly Hourihan is Chief Investment Officer for the Americas Direct Real Estate Strategies and a fund Portfolio Manager. Ms. Hourihan is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Americas Investment Committee and Global Leadership Team.
Ms. Hourihan began her real estate investment management career in 1990 and joined CBRE Global Investors in 2007. In her previous role with the firm, she served as a Managing Director and the Portfolio Manager for two international sovereign wealth fund clients with total assets under management with the firm of more than $4.0 billion representing 11.7 million square feet. In this position, Ms. Hourihan was responsible for client relations, portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hourihan was Senior Vice President at Starwood Capital Group, where her responsibilities included the formation of a value-added real estate fund. Previously, Ms. Hourihan was Partner and Regional Director at TA Associates Realty, a Boston-based real estate advisory firm. In that capacity, she was a portfolio manager for a separate account relationship and a closed-end commingled value-added real estate fund. Ms. Hourihan also served as an asset manager with expertise in office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets in major markets throughout the U.S. Prior to that, Ms. Hourihan was Senior Vice President at the Georgetown Holding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, directing multiple acquisitions ranging from a bank in Geneva to a magazine in Hong Kong. Previously, Ms. Kalyan served as Head of Research for the firm’s EMEA region and the global quantitative team.

Bernie McNamara is Global Head of Investor Solutions for CBRE Global Investors. As part of his portfolio solutions role, Mr. McNamara works in partnership with the firm’s Investor Solutions, Research and Investment personnel to help deliver on investors’ objectives. Mr. McNamara, who began his career in the investment management industry in 1996, joined the firm from J.P. Ms. Ozer began her career in the industry in 2003. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Ozer was at Swiss Re for 16 years, where she served as the global Head of Human Resources for Life Capital, one of Swiss Re’s three business units. Prior to her role with Life Capital, she served as the Head of Human Resources for Swiss Re in the U.S and as Swiss Re’s in house employment counsel for the Americas.

Robert Perry is President of the Americas Real Estate Division and Head of Strategic Partners U.S. for CBRE Global Investors. Mr. Perry is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Global Investment Committee, Americas Direct Real Estate Investment Committee and Senior Leadership Council.
In his capacity as President, Mr. Perry is responsible for all elements of investment execution in the Americas, including acquisition, disposition, asset management, development, redevelopment and asset finance.
In his role as Head of Strategic Partners U.S., Mr. Perry is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s enhanced return investment activity, including existing and future Strategic Partners funds. Mr. Perry leads capital raising, investment and operations decisions, and financing strategy. He is the Portfolio Manager for CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 8 and 9.
Mr. Perry previously served as the leader of the North American real estate business for CarVal Investors, a global alternative investment fund manager and a subsidiary of Cargill, the largest privately held corporation in the United States by revenue.1 In that capacity, Mr. Perry was responsible for investment management and implementation for equity and credit investments, capital raising and investor relations. He served as Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Committee for North America and as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Perry also has extensive experience in real estate finance. Mr. Perry’s experience includes acquiring large international real estate debt and equity portfolios across the Americas and Asia, leading several public to private executions, as well as being involved in several initial public offerings in the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Perry is a past president of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) and an active member of ULI and PREA.

Jeremy Plummer is Global Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Global Investors, responsible for all Real Asset investments. In this role, Mr. Plummer co-chairs the Global Investment Committee and oversees the Global Real Assets Investments group, which is responsible for investment strategy, portfolio management, analytics and performance measurement. He oversees the CIOs for the various real asset investment strategies in private real estate, private infrastructure, and listed real assets, as well as the global analytics and risk measurement group, and he works with clients to advise on global strategies. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Plummer began his real estate career in 1988 and has served in an international capacity in all roles. He joined CBRE Global Investors in 2006 when CBRE Global Investors acquired Oxford Property Consultants (OPC), which he co-founded. Under his leadership the division, renamed CBRE Global Investment Partners, became a leading provider of global indirect investment solutions. He was appointed CEO of the CBRE Global Investors EMEA business in 2016 and Global CIO in 2018.
Previously, he held the role of European Managing Director at Security Capital Group Inc., a U.S. private equity real estate group. Mr. Plummer also served as Head of Real Estate for SPP (now Alecta), the largest pension and life assurance company in Sweden. In this role, he was responsible for a $3.0 billion direct and indirect property portfolio in Europe, the U.S. and Asia.
Mr. Plummer earned a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Forest Science from Oxford University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Roantree served as COO for CBRE Global Investment Partners (“GIP”). Ms. Roantree began her career in the real estate industry in 2002. Prior to joining CBRE GIP in 2015, Ms. Roantree served as COO at Mayfair Capital, a UK property fund manager. Prior to that, she was with Schroders as COO of the real estate investment division, based in Jersey before returning to London, which included direct real estate funds, fund of funds and real estate securities predominantly domiciled in Luxembourg, the UK and Jersey. Ms. Roantree has a strong background in fund establishment, structuring investment solutions for clients, financial operations, compliance and corporate finance.
Ms. Roantree is a Qualified Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from UWE Bristol. Ms. Roantree is a Senior Manager under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and holds the SMF3.

David Rogers is Partner and Executive Chair of CBRE Caledon. Prior to becoming Executive Chair in 2020, Mr. Rogers was CEO of CBRE Caledon, which he founded in 2006. In that role he was responsible for guiding the firm’s private markets investment strategies. CBRE Caledon is a Private Markets investment specialist headquartered in Toronto, Canada, which provides infrastructure and private equity investment solutions to institutional investors.
Prior to CBRE Caledon, Mr. Rogers was a Senior Vice-President at the OMERS Pension Plan from 2001 to 2006, where he was responsible for building and managing a globally diversified portfolio of private equity funds and co-investments. He was also a Director of the parent company of the OMERS infrastructure group, Borealis Infrastructure. Mr. Rogers was a founding board member of the Institutional Limited Partner Association (“ILPA”) in 2002 and sat on its board until 2005.
Prior to OMERS, Mr. Rogers was Vice-President, Investments with Working Ventures Canadian Fund Inc., a Canadian based venture capital fund. Prior to that, he was the VP, Finance and CFO of FirstService Corporation from start up in 1990 to 1995 when it became a TSX and NASDAQ-listed company.
Mr. Rogers is a regular speaker at various North American and European private market conferences in the areas of infrastructure and private equity investing.
Mr. Rogers earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors and Masters degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. He is also a CPA and CBV (Chartered Business Valuator).

Joseph Smith is Co-CIO of the firm’s real assets securities division, CBRE Clarion Securities. He is a member of the CBRE Global Investors Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee. Mr. Smith is the chair of the firm’s Management Committee and is co-leader of the U.S. real estate securities team.
Mr. Smith joined CBRE Clarion Securities’ predecessor firm in 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Smith worked in various management and analyst positions in the real estate industry including positions at Alex Brown & Sons, PaineWebber and Radnor Advisors. Mr. Smith began his career in the real estate industry in 1990.
Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He is active in the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and is a CFA charter holder.

In this role, he is charged with overseeing the firm’s global legal department, which provides legal and transactional support to the firm’s worldwide operations. Prior to joining CBRE Group in October 2004, Mr. Zargarof was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions representing various private equity funds, multi-national corporations and financial institutions.
Mr. Zargarof earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach. He holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Ian Zieger is Global Chief Financial Officer of CBRE Global Investors. Mr. Zieger is responsible for the corporate finance and accounting function for the global enterprise and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2011, Mr. Zieger began his career in the real estate industry at CBRE Group, Inc. in 2007, as a member of the corporate finance and accounting group within the Americas reporting segment. Prior to that, Mr. Zieger worked in the audit practice in Deloitte’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Zieger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California – Los Angeles.
