Property Types:

  • All property types and classes including, but not limited to, commercial, residential and logistics with value-adding opportunities such as repositioning and rental reversion programs
  • Development and redevelopment projects
  • $30+ million in value

Transaction Structures:

  • A focus on equity purchase

Target Countries:

  • Japan, PRC, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia
