Matt Khourie is Global President of CBRE Global Investors, the real estate investment management affiliate of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). Mr. Khourie is responsible for management of the global enterprise and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and all Investment Committees.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Mr. Khourie served for 29 years with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), CBRE’s real estate development business, where he most recently served as President, Development & Investment, Southeast United States. Mr. Khourie was a member of the TCC Executive and Investment committees, setting policy and strategy for TCC, as well as reviewing and approving TCC investment decisions.
During his career, Mr. Khourie has worked in various management positions including leadership roles that focused on investment strategy, portfolio management, development, and institutional investor relations.
Mr. Khourie earned a Master's in Business Administration from Stanford University Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from University of California - Davis. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
