Responsiblities
Mr. Herzbrun is responsible for CB Richard Ellis Investors' global research activities. He directs strategic analysis of the economies, capital markets and property markets in North America, Europe and Asia. These analyses support the portfolio management and acquisition processes, and the development of new product concepts. He communicates research insights to the firm’s clients and prospects, and to the real estate community. He serves on the investment committees of the U.S. Managed Accounts Group, Realty Trust, Strategic Partners U.S. and Asia, Pan European Core Fund, Global Real Estate Securities and Global Multi Manager programs.

Mr. Herzbrun has over 31 years of real estate investment research experience. He joined CB Richard Ellis Investors in 1984 after four and one-half years with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Consultation Services
Education
Education
Mr. Herzbrun received a B.A. in History from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Harvard University. He is a member the Education Committee of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) where he is an instructor at their Academy program series. He is also a member of the Research Affinity Group of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), and of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
