CBRE Global Investors Sells Zuiderhof Pavillions in Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Real I.S.

​CBRE Global Investors has successfully completed the sale of three office buildings, the Zuiderhof pavilions, located at the Jachthavenweg in Amsterdam. The three buildings used to be part of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. The sale comprises approximately 6,145 sqm office space and 76 parking spaces. The buyer is Real I.S. for the diversified special AIF real estate fund “BGV VII Europa”. All properties are fully let.

Ronald van der Waals, Portfolio Director of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, states: “Recycling of capital is an essential part of our strategy to ensure that our portfolio remains of the highest quality. We achieve this by selling properties that no longer fit our portfolio, as well as by actively reinvesting capital on existing projects and new developments, where we can create value for our investors”.

The CBRE Dutch Office Fund is a non-listed real estate fund, managed by CBRE Global Investors with € 1.5 billion AUM. The investment strategy is to invest in high quality office buildings complemented with innovative services at 10 hotspots within the four largest cities in the Netherlands.
